CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Do you do custom work?

I sure do! Some of my favorite pieces have been a client request. The only limit we have to creating that special piece is our imagination. 



Can I get my item personalized? 
You bet. Personalization sets my items apart from the others. I love a good monogram and am happy to include a personal message on the back of my items. Personalization is always free of charge.

WHOLESALE AVAILABILITY

Do you offer your items wholesale?
Thank you so much for your interest in wholesale accounts. However, no wholesale orders can be accepted or processed at this time.

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept several methods of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

When do you ship?
Each item is handpainted to order, and production time can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks. Most items ship within 1-2 weeks. If you have a question or concern about the timeframe, please contact us.

How do you ship?
I ship my items USPS Priority mail or UPS. These cost a bit more, but include insurance and tracking. I want to make sure your item is received in perfect condition. If your shipping fee is more than $3.00 of the actual shipping cost, I will refund you the difference.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Do you offer local pick up?
If you live in Louisville, KY or the surrounding areas you can pick up your order, from my home studio. 

Enter the coupon code LOCAL, at checkout to remove this shipping. This coupon is only valid for pick ups. If you use this coupon and need it shipped, I will cancel the order and let you place it again. 

How will I know when my order is ready for pick up and where to come?

Once I have your order ready, I will send you my address and cell phone number. You can text me to arrange a time that is convenient for you. I live in St. Matthews.


RETURNS

Sales are final. If you would like to return something that you have purchased, we have a restocking fee of 20%. However, if you would like a store credit instead, we can issue you the full amount of your order. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at info@forpetessakepottery.com.

CUSTOMIZATION

I want a different color or pattern than what is shown. Can you change that?
Almost always the answer is yes. I personally design, paint, glaze and fire every piece that you order. Send me a message and we can work out the design together.

Can you do my Company logo?
Yes. If you rightfully own the artwork, you can commission me to create a custom piece with your logo. I will not reproduce any copyrighted work such as sport team logos and trademarks. 

If you own a horse farm and want gifts for your team, own your own business and need a corporate gift or run the school bookstore and want Christmas ornaments, I am happy to discuss the design with you.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Your pottery is handmade just for you. I use all lead-free, food safe glazes. For best care, I would recommend hand washing. My glazes are dishwasher safe, but frequent washing in the dishwasher can shorten the life of the piece. 
Treat your purchase with the care you would any of your favorite items. Any items with gold luster are not food, microwave or dishwasher safe. This little bit of panache requires extra care.
