Shipping policy

 

Each item is hand painted to order, and production time can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks. Most items ship within 1-2 weeks. If you have a question or concern about the timeframe, please contact us.

We ship items via USPS Priority mail or UPS. These cost a bit more, but include insurance and tracking. I want to make sure your item is received in perfect condition. If your shipping fee is more than $3.00 of the actual shipping cost, I will refund you the difference.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

If you live in Louisville, KY or the surrounding areas you can pick up your order, from my home studio. Enter the coupon code LOCAL PICK UP, at checkout to remove this shipping. This coupon is only valid for pick ups. If you use this coupon and need it shipped, we will cancel the order and let you place it again.
