Refund policy

Sales are final. If any item is received damaged, I will replace the item immediately. 

Special orders are final sales, so please make sure of your design choice prior to ordering.

Of course, any lost item will be replaced if insurance is purchased.

If you would like to return a non-special order, we have a restocking fee of 20%. However, if you would like a store credit instead, we can issue you the full amount of your order.
